PAYMENT:

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, wire transfers and checks payable to NAI. 

USING YOUR NAI CREDITS:

To use your NAI Credits to pay for all or part of your conference registration, please contact [email protected] before registering. We will bill your account and apply available credits before any other method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by midnight Friday, April 14, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.  No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 14, 2023. You will be able to transfer/gift your registration to another interpreter with similar current membership up until April 20, 2023 by emailing [email protected].

CONSENT CLAUSE:

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by NAI and other third parties, including but not limited the sponsors and vendors.

Registrant gives NAI permission to use their emails for information purposes, to send updates on the conference.  In addition, if you opt into sharing your contact information, you are consenting to the organizers sharing your contact information with the sponsors and vendors. Any information obtained from attendees will not be shared or sold to any outside agency.
